Our experiences in retail and supply chain product strategy, technology, and operations have helped various companies succeed in their e-commerce and digital transformation journeys.Our ideal role is to leverage the Microsoft Azure AI Foundry platform to create scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that reason, act, and deliver real business value.As a key member, you'll:Design and implement intelligent agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and other Azure AI tools.Build multi-step prompt workflows that guide agents to reason, act, and respond effectively.Integrate agents with internal/external data sources, including APIs, Azure Functions, and proprietary knowledge bases.Collaborate with architects, designers, and data scientists to prototype and refine AI experiences.Write production-quality code in Python or C# using Azure AI SDKs to extend agent capabilities.Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance using built-in tracing and analytics tools.The ideal candidate should possess:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.3+ Years of overall experience with at least 2 years in cloud-native development.Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, SDKs, and cloud-native development.Strong grasp of prompt engineering, generative AI, and intelligent agent design.Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, RBAC, and secure data handling in Azure environments.Agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for innovation + continuous improvement.
