Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning EngineerAs a seasoned Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.About the RoleYou will architect scalable AI pipelines, services, and platforms using modern cloud and MLOps practices to ensure efficient model deployment and maintenance.Your expertise in Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Models, and Multimodal Models, will be crucial in integrating these into business applications.You will work with agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that can learn and adapt to new situations.In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business needs into actionable AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible results.You will review code, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices in model development and deployment.Responsibilities:Design and develop innovative AI solutions that meet business objectivesDevelop and maintain high-quality AI models and pipelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful deliveryMentor junior engineers to improve their AI skills and knowledgeStay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and technologies to inform solution developmentQualifications:8–10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI EngineeringPrior experience in architecting AI/ML systems, including solution design, model lifecycle management, and scalability considerationsRequirements:Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)Model training, optimization, and evaluation techniquesData engineering concepts & ML pipeline automationDeep understanding of Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector DBs, and RAGHands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar)Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with MLOps tools such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to convert business challenges into AI-based solutions],
