This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The role involves overseeing sales operations, optimizing store performance, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across our retail locations.Qualifications and SkillsA proven track record of at least 4 years in sales, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.Proficiency in B2B Sales - ability to drive sales strategies and engage effectively with business clients (Mandatory skill).Experience in FMCG Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market reach (Mandatory skill).Solid understanding of Operations for effective store management and process optimization (Mandatory skill).Competence in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive engagement.Demonstrated ability in lead generation for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential business opportunities.Experience in cold calling with strong communication and persuasion skills to build new client relationships.Negotiation skills for simplifying deals, ensuring win-win outcomes, and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.Ability to conduct and analyze sales analytics to derive insights and develop strategies for performance improvement.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee field sales operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives in the assigned regions.Manage store operations efficiently, maintaining high standards of service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals to maximize revenue and market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and business growth.Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory management, supply chain processes, and store performance.Train and mentor store staff to enhance skill sets and ensure high levels of competency in delivering customer service.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive footfall and sales conversion.
