Key Service Delivery RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional to take on the position of Service Delivery Manager (SDM).The SDM will be responsible for owning the key service delivery relationship, delivering excellence in service assurance, liaising with internal technical staff on behalf of the client, providing generalist Cyber consultancy, and assisting with uncovering growth opportunities with the client through new or product upgrades.This role is focused on delivering Security Operations Center (SOC) service for our customers. Experience with SOC, SIEM, and understanding of Cyber security are very important for this role.A successful candidate in this role would have a good balance between customer service, technical knowledge, and experience dealing with C-level executives.Preparation and Presentation of Client Operational Reporting: Prepare and present client operational reporting at monthly meetings.Client SLAs and Reporting: Drive enhancements to client SLAs and reporting.Analyst Performance Management: Ensure L1 and L2 analysts are meeting SLA and following procedures.Report Writing Skills: Possess great report writing skills.Onboarding of New Clients: Onboard new clients.Operational Improvement: Continuously improve operations and client engagement.Continual Service Improvement Plans: Develop CSIPs for client patch.Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the client's business including orchestration of strategic business planning, roadmaps, and workshops.Risk and Issue Management: Manage risk and issues.Problem Management: Manage problems.Scope Management: Manage scope.Change Management: Manage change.Major Incident Management: Manage major incidents.
