Elv project manager

 

The ELV/IBMS Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects related to Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS). This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams of technician, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.


Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate

 

Barrier, Intercom, Digital Signage, Passive and Active, fire detection & hydrant system, PA system, Networking, video wall, video conference system

 

 

  • Should be able to lead team & Sub contractor
  •  And IBMS projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in ELV and IBMS.
  • Maintenance systems like Fire alarm system, Access control System (TEMA SERVER), VESDA, CCTV & PM of Field Instrument according as per requirement
  • Installation of Software like Time Attendance System, Net Xs Control, Door Inter Locking utility with software

·        Servicing & Repairing of all product like Access control panel, Door Inter Locking, Time Attendance biometric device Etc.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ELV/IBMS project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of ELV and IBMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
