Mobilization & Outreach• Establish and maintain relationships with Government and Private ITIs, NSTIs, and localvocational training institutes.• Liaise with principals, training officers, and local government officials to facilitate institutelevel onboarding.• Mobilize student and faculty participation through on-ground visits, awareness sessions,and institute-level orientations.• Support signing of MoUs and data coordination.• Identify regional opportunities for scaling the program across nearby districts.2. Training Delivery• Deliver predefined curriculum modules on:• Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals (conceptual awareness and use cases in trades)• Career Management Essentials (résumé building, communication, interviews)Eligibility Criteria: Education:• Graduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Social Sciences).• Technical background not mandatory; training experience is essential. Experience:•Minimum 2–4 years of experience in training, mobilization, or educational program delivery.• Prior experience with government institutions, especially ITIs or skilling programs, preferred.Skills & Attributes:•Strong communication and presentation skills (English/regional language proficiency required).•Comfortable using digital tools and online learning platforms.•Ability to build institutional relationships and motivate learners.•Confident delivery of content post Training of Trainers (ToT).• Self-driven, organized, and willing to travel within assigned districts. Reporting & Coordination:• Reports to State Program Manager / Regional Coordinator.•Works closely with the Technical Lead and Program team for data and compliance reporting.• Expected to maintain weekly schedules, attendance logs, and training reports.If interested, please share relevant CV at hr@edunetfoundation.org
