This position is located in TCI.YOUR ROLEJob Responsibilities: Automotive software development for DMS/CMS platforms involving Camera and IVI systemsADAS software Architecture, design & development  for SoCs like Qualcomm, TI.Mapping, layering and interfacing of active safety and IVI components onto target hardwareDevelop SW architecture to meet functional safety, cybersecurity and other automotive standardsDesign and develop the ADAS/UX/DMS software to meet the derived software requirements (performance, throughput /latency, etc.)Perform safety analysis of the software design and develop the software architecture that addresses software safety / cybersecurity requirementsCollaborate with cross-software & products architects to ensure compatibilitySupport the software architecture for the vehicle prototypes to integrate different algorithms from different engineering groups ensuring modularity and flexibility based on a given system architectureModel the architectures in UML to ensure traceability with the system architecture and the code.Understanding the customer requirement spec document, discuss and sign-off from customer for certain software modules and interfaces.Integrate software algorithms provided by other teamsYOUR BACKGROUNDBasic Qualifications:Experience on Embedded SoftwareArchitecture, development for Autonomous drivingPlatforms | Extensive experience in any POSIX OS (VxWorks, Linux and QNX) | Embedded C and C++ programming | Multi-core Microprocessor and SoC experience (TI TDA4x, Qualcomm, Infineon Tri core) | Experience on SoC board bring up for RTOS platforms | Device drivers development  CAN / CAN FD communication, SPI, MCAL | Hands on experience on Ethernet and Diagnostics (UDS) | service oriented software architectures (SOME/IP) | Extensive understanding of  Middleware Framework | work on Virtualization and Docker containers | Experience with GPUDesirableADAS/UX domain knowledge | Cybersecurity experience | knowledge on software modeling | Agile/Scrum principles | ISO26262 Technical Safety Concepts | Excellent communication / presentation skills | Embedded development tools (compilers, debuggers, oscilloscopes, serial data tools, etc.) | Embedded microprocessor experience (operating systems, I/O drivers, communication drivers, etc.) | SoftwareWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.You can have an impact.
