Marketing Automation Specialist

Designation:  Senior Executive / Deputy / Assistant ManagerLocation: NoidaExperience: 5+ years (relevant experience)Job Summary/ Your Role in a Nutshell:The ideal candidate is someone with experience with marketing automation, particularly HubSpot, with expertise in campaign management, database management, email marketing, HubSpot sales and marketing modules, managing forms, and integrations with Salesforce and other third-party tools. The candidate should have a strong understanding of domain health, managing multiple domains for campaigns, improving email delivery with marketing automation best practices, and creating expert dashboards for senior management. What you’ll do: Design and implement marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot.Create and manage automated email campaigns, including drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and transactional emailsSegment audiences and personalize campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteriaTrack and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize strategies for improved outcomesWork with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging across all automated campaignsMaintain and update CRM databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for marketing effortsConnect the marketing automation instances with CRM systems, WCM systems, and related digital marketing tools and systemsManage email deliverability, data hygiene, and data standardization. Configure database integrations with 3rd party tools/vendors Ensure the health of multiple domains and continue to improve domain health with strategic rotation of domains and warm-up tools. Provide thorough analytics of marketing campaigns and provide strategic insights for delivering better, high-quality leads. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools in marketing automationWhat you need:Bachelor’s degree. Good communication skills. 5+ years of experience of managing HubSpot end-to-end and running various kinds of nurturing campaigns, automation funnels and drip campaigns. Strong understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategiesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsHands-on experience on Salesforce with working knowledge of lead assignment and lead nurturing. Knowledge of Web technologies (HTML/CSS), JS, Mobile Responsive Design, Digital Marketing Familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization techniquesWhat sets you apart:HubSpot Marketing Software certification(s) Working knowledge of Hubspot-Salesforce integrations and lead management on SalesforceExperience in launching paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google would be an added advantage. Experience of working with IT Services or IT Product companies would be an added advantage. Knowledge of new-age GenAI-based email marketing platforms would be an added advantage. About TO THE NEW:TO THE NEW (TTN) is a new-age Digital Technology Services Company providing digital transformation, digital marketing and digital analytics services to large enterprises in varied domains.
