The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing inbound inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role involves identifying client needs, providing accurate information about services, and working closely with the sales team to ensure follow-up and conversion. The Tele Caller will also handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in basic computer applications and CRM softwareStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailPrior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is beneficialAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organizational and time management skillsFluency in local languages is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plusShould be well-versed in handling the Malayalam and English languages.
