Purple style labs is a parent company to Pernia’s pop up shop, started in 2015 and owned by Mr. Abhishek Agarwal.


Key Responsibilities :


-Must have experience working with listed companies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and overseeing company secretarial matters related to board and general meetings, statutory filings, and corporate governance.


-Assist with the preparation and filing of necessary e-forms, returns, and reports with authorities such as SEBI/NSE/BSE/MCA/RBI/SEBI, and any other relevant bodies.


-Assist in extensive research on SEBI regulations and other statutory and regulatory requirements related to listed companies.


-Coordinate and liaise with external parties including investors, advisers, consultants, external company secretarial firms, and auditors, providing necessary documents, information, and support for corporate governance and statutory filings.


-Assist in the preparation of documentation for board and general meetings, ensuring compliance with the Memorandum & Articles of Association, statutory registers, corporate governance policies, and regulatory requirements.


-Manage the maintenance and updating of statutory registers and books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries applicable to the company.


Required Skills:


-6-10 years of relevant work experience in company secretarial functions, specifically within a listed company environment. Qualified Company Secretary preferred.


-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for learning new software or tools as required.


-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.


-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
