Job Title: Sailpoint Senior SME-Business ConsultantJob Description:As a seasoned expert in Identity and Access Management, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and understanding existing business processes for IAM Domains. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you delve into complex data sets, identifying trends and providing logical representations of the data.You will work closely with stakeholders and business partners to identify high-level and detailed business/functional requirements, facilitating discussions across all levels of the organization. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in ensuring that delivered functionality meets business objectives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the boxExperience in Identity Access Management, specifically in the area of SailPoint IIQStrong understanding of IAM solution requirements and ability to develop/modifying business processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collect requirements related to user life cycle management (onboarding, offboarding)Familiarity with access governance features of IAM Tools - Access Recertification, Approval Workflows, Role Management, SOD policiesUnderstanding of audit and compliance reporting requirementsCritical thinking and ability to probe beyond surface-level dataExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly advanced Excel featuresBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with global teams, collaborating with customers and offshore teams to deliver high-quality results.
