Role Overview:A Technical Process Specialist is a key professional who plays a pivotal role in diagnosing and resolving challenges within the software development and implementation lifecycle. This requires collaborating with Processing Engineering to analyze pain points across technology delivery, strengthen process governance, and improve the speed and quality of system rollouts in a banking environment.This position necessitates a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), system implementation processes, and IT governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with software development teams (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid environments) and proven expertise in process mapping, optimization, and root-cause analysis (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.).The job also involves supporting the organization in implementing new technologies and improving existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.In terms of qualifications, a degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field is required. 2–5 years' experience in banking, technology delivery, or a similar regulated environment is also necessary. Additionally, exposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM, or platform configuration concepts) and experience in release management, QA/test coordination, or application support are considered beneficial.
