They will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, from initiation to closure, and ensure timely delivery while staying within budget.Responsibilities:Project Planning & Delivery Management: Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources.Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, IT teams, and business stakeholders through proactive communication and transparency.Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate between onshore and offshore resources, and provide direction to maintain delivery velocity.Financial & Contract Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and billing milestones to ensure revenue recognition compliance.Required Skills & Qualifications:7–10 years of experience in project management of SaaS, ERP, or EAM implementations (preferably in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Utilities).Strong understanding of EAM and maintenance processes (Work Management, Planning & Scheduling, Reliability, Inspections).Experience managing projects integrated with systems like SAP PM, IBM Maximo.Familiarity with cloud delivery models, mobile solutions, and integration frameworks (REST APIs, middleware).Benefits:High earning potentialOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentWhat You Bring to the Team:Technical expertise in project managementStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilitiesExceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skillsEducation & Certifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalentProject Management certification preferred: PMP / PRINCE2The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to adapt quickly to new situations, and have a strong understanding of project management principles.
