This principle fosters an unusually dedicated workforce requiring a culture of respect, recognition, inclusion and collaboration based on the highest ethical values.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESValidating scanned images for accuracy and/or missing informationIdentifying trends and recommending improvement opportunitiesReviewing invoices for completeness (verifying vendor name, address, and vendor status to determine accuracy of currency/taxes)Matching invoices to appropriate purchase order and line item detailRouting of invoices to the business units for coding and approvalRouting of invoices with discrepancies to AP analysts for problem resolutionBooking invoices in SAP systemCANDIDATE PROFILEHigh School diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferredGood command of English, knowledge of French will be an advantagePrior work experience in Accounts Payable preferredExcellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all work requiredProficient in the use of Microsoft applications.
