Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Content Producer to join & lead our YouTube content marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned storyteller with a strong understanding of video production, content, and creativity in content strategy. You will oversee the full cycle of video production, from strategy & conceptualization to post-production, while leading a team to deliver engaging content that drives views and view-through rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Strategise on content formats and lead the content vertical for Youtube
Content Creation and Storytelling : Lead the creative direction for video content by developing compelling storylines, concepts and scripts that resonate with our target audience.
Project Management : Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met. Prioritize tasks, manage resources, and coordinate across teams to meet deadlines.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal & external editors, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality YouTube videos.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Youtube strategy, video production, content creation, and editing, specifically for long form content.
Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
Excellent project management abilities, with experience handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to lead a team, provide clear creative direction, and ensure high-quality standards are met.
Proficient in relevant editing and production software.
