Job description
Foxtale is a D2C skincare brand funded by Matrix Venture Capital, Panthera Group and Kae Capital. Our products are created with a deep understanding of Indian women, their skincare needs and products they wish existed.
Foxtale has become one of India's efficacious product brands with premiere lab trials across the globe. In the coming years our vision is to onboard innovative products that go beyond topical solutions and focus on improving skin health.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Outreach & Onboarding:
Identify and reach out to potential influencers to collaborate with Foxtale.
Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring smooth and efficient integration into our affiliate program.
2. Operations Management:
Manage and track invoices related to influencers.
Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Oversee operations to guarantee influencers receive the correct products on time
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze performance data of influencer campaigns to assess effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
4. Communication & Relationship Management:
Serve as a point of contact for influencers, addressing any queries and maintaining strong relationships.
Assist in managing communication around offers, campaigns, and other key updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and analytics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
