About the Role:We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’sday-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate books of accounts, and ensuring smooth cash flow management. The candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, andcoordination with management for decision-making.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and update books of accounts.• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchase, expense entries, andreconciliations.• Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.• Manage company cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for invoice processing and settlements.• Assist in preparing data for audits and financial reviews.• Monitor petty cash, bank transactions, and reconciliation.• Support management in budgeting and forecasting.• Maintain financial discipline and timely record-keeping for all business transactions.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.• Relevant experience in accounting and finance.• Proficiency in Tally / Excel or similar accounting software.• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.• Strong analytical and numerical skills.• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
