Recently, Kamal Oils & Foods launched a state-of-the-art flour mill with a capacity of 250 TPD in collaboration with Buhler. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Rajnandgaon. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks include managing communication, handling administrative duties, and ensuring smooth operations for executive management. The role requires maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skillsExperience in preparing and managing Expense ReportsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsProficiency in Administrative Assistance tasksOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferredProficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
