Recently, Kamal Oils & Foods launched a state-of-the-art flour mill with a capacity of 250 TPD in collaboration with Buhler.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Rajnandgaon. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks include managing communication, handling administrative duties, and ensuring smooth operations for executive management. The role requires maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Qualifications- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills - Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports - Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks - Organizational and multitasking abilities - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
