This role involves designing and implementing workflows, process automation, JSON/structured data handling, and working with AI-driven training data preparation.Design and develop complex workflows, incidents, cases, SLAs, and request management systems.Develop configurations in CSM, ITSM, HRSD modules, utilizing ServiceNow's feature-rich platform.Create high-quality JSON-based structured datasets for automation/AI workflows.Data Handling & ProcessesAuthor well-structured datasets for AI model training, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.Perform SQL-based validation and data analysis, providing actionable insights.Map business processes into ServiceNow enterprise scenarios, driving process optimization.Integrations & ScriptingUtilize JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer to integrate various system components.Work with APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless integrations, ensuring data consistency.CollaborationFoster strong relationships with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication.Participate in Agile ceremonies, driving project success through iterative development.Required Skills and Qualifications4–6 years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on workflow design and implementation.2+ years of hands-on experience in CSM or HRSD, demonstrating expertise in configuration and development.Strong knowledge of workflows, SLAs, cases, and knowledge modules, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.Proficiency in JSON authoring and SQL skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.Good understanding of prompt-engineering concepts, enabling the creation of high-quality training data.Benefits of Working with UsOpportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving innovation in the industry.Professional growth and development, with opportunities for advancement.A collaborative environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.OthersCertifications: CSA, CIS–ITSM, CIS–HRSD.Methodology: Agile.Experience preparing AI training data, enhancing the quality of machine learning models.
