Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
· Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute strategies that align with FXDX’s goals.
· Develop targeted campaigns for various crypto audiences, including retail investors, institutional players, and community developers.
  2. Content & Campaign Insight Generation
· Generate data-driven recommendations for content themes, promotional tactics, and outreach methods.
· Support the creation of impactful marketing materials by providing relevant market insights.
3. Performance Monitoring
· Track and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns using KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion metrics, and market share growth.
· Suggest optimization strategies for improving marketing ROI based on analytical findings.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, or financial services industries.
· Strong analytical skills with expertise in using tools like Excel, Tableau, or crypto analytics platforms (e.g., Glassnode, Dune Analytics).
· Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and crypto trading ecosystems.
· Proficient in written and verbal communication, with a talent for presenting complex insights clearly.
· Familiarity with social media and community platforms popular in crypto spaces, such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
Preferred Skills
· Hands-on experience in building or optimiing marketing strategies in a crypto on tech environment.
· Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing crypto landscape.
