individuals who will be part of this amazing journey.


Position Summary

We are seeking an EA who excels in calendar management, scheduling external meetings, and

coordinating both personal and complex travel arrangements. The role also involves following up

with the board of directors and ensuring guests are well attended and comfortable. Candidates should be well-presented, possess outstanding communication skills, demonstrate common sense, and be enthusiastic about their work.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as a reference point for the office of CEO.

• Book personal & complex travel arrangements, plan itineraries etc.

• Running errands for official work.

• Efficient Calendar Management, Bill payment and schedule external meetings.

• Take minutes as directed and issue the appropriate updates, ensuring all actions are carried through.

• Arranging required meetings, coordinate with attendees.

• Following up on action items and getting it done within time.


Core Skills & Experience

• Experience of minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant or relevant administrative support experience.

• Should be fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word will be mostly used).

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Ability to organize daily workload by priorities.

• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skill.
