Business Systems Manager

Job OverviewThis role combines administration and technical leadership for financial planning and consolidation systems. The position ensures system integrity, optimizes processes, manages integrations with data warehouses and enterprise resource planning systems, and drives automation and reporting improvements.Key Responsibilities:Configure financial models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes.Manage data integrations and manage Data Agent configurations.Design, configure, and maintain dimension levels, modeled sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; triage and resolve load exceptions.Build advanced formulas and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies.Develop & Support reports and dashboards.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance.Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage.Orchestrate forecasting cycles; manage versions, locks, and workflow.Drive tie-outs to financial reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences.Financial Planning Responsibilities:Maintain metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules.Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances.Configure workflows and mappings.Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting.Technical Competencies:Advanced setup and troubleshooting.Performance tuning for financial models.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.7+ years' experience with financial planning config & Administration & consolidationStrong understanding of financial principles.Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, and reporting tools.
