Content Creator for Short-Form Videos

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Short-Form Screenplay Writer to join our creative team.The ideal candidate will have a strong command of short-form storytelling and pacing for vertical formats, with the ability to craft engaging scripts that deliver a hook in the first 2–3 seconds.You will work closely with our scriptwriter to refine story beats and structure, adapt ideas into tight, scroll-stopping scripts, and maintain consistency in brand voice across all written content.Responsibilities:Write short-form screenplays for vertical videos (15–45s) that fit our tone, personality, and visual identity.Generate fresh content ideas daily and develop them into executable concepts.Work closely with the scriptwriter to refine story beats and structure.Adapt ideas into tight, scroll-stopping scripts with strong hooks and clean payoffs.Maintain consistency in brand voice across all written content.Participate in brainstorms (online/offline) and contribute angles, punchlines, and narrative experiments.Requirements:Strong command of short-form storytelling and pacing for vertical formats.Ability to write crisp, engaging scripts that deliver a hook in the first 2–3 seconds.Understanding of our brand tone: creative, expressive, contemporary.Curiosity and the ability to come up with multiple ideas quickly.Basic understanding of visual storytelling and camera language.Ownership mindset — you can take a brief and come back with finished scripts without hand-holding.A portfolio or samples of short-form content or creative writing.What We Offer• Opportunity to work on exciting projects with a talented team.• Collaborative and dynamic work environment.• Professional development opportunities.
