Job Description:Global Trade Compliance Specialist Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle GTM functional consulting and a strong domain knowledge in global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics.Responsibilities:Lead and support Oracle GTM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades for global trade compliance processes.Analyze business requirements related to global trade regulations, classification, screening, and logistics processes.Configure GTM modules including Product Classification, Restricted Party Screening (RPS), Trade Compliance Rules, License Management, and Trade Agreements.Work closely with business stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle GTM functionalities and ensure compliance with global trade regulations and process best practices.Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and provide end-user training on Oracle GTM functionalities.Troubleshoot GTM issues and provide functional/technical support to ensure seamless system operations.Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle teams (OTM, EBS, SCM, WMS) to integrate GTM with third-party systems (e.g., customs authorities, logistics partners).Prepare functional documents (MD050, BR100), test scripts, and training materials to support GTM implementation and maintenance.Required Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM functional consulting.Strong domain knowledge in global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics.Experience configuring GTM modules such as RPS, Screening, Classification, Trade Compliance, Licenses, and Trade Agreements.Understanding of Oracle OTM and its integration with GTM.Ability to analyze, design, and implement GTM-based solutions.Strong debugging, issue resolution, and business communication skills.Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments (preferred).Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
