Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM – TimeWe are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead complex time and labor configurations, integrations, and attestation workflows in Oracle Fusion HCM.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in the areas of time and labor, attestation setup, and integration with various systems.A strong skill set in technical configuration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Configure time and labor components, including time card layouts, validation rules, shifts, and device profiles.Implement employee attestation at time clocks and integrate clock attestation data with Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIs.Support payroll and absence processing using attestation data.Troubleshoot integration issues, including APIs, mappings, and data flow.Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing go-live support.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Knowledge of compliance workflow.Experience with time clock vendors, such as Kronos or UKG.As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
