ADP Payroll Integration Expert

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)Ensure seamless integration with ADP PayrollMaintain and troubleshoot the system to ensure high performance and data integrityKey qualifications for this role include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)In-depth knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM CloudFamiliarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet managementHands-on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI ReportingExperience integrating ADP Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and Time and Labor modulesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutionsExcellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, both technical and functional
