Conversational AI DesignerWe are seeking a skilled and innovative Conversational AI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and maintaining structured prompts for large language models (LLMs).Key Responsibilities:Develop, design, and maintain structured prompts for LLMs.Utilize Azure AI Foundry (Prompt Flow) and Azure OpenAI to enhance conversational experiences.Implement and optimize dialogue management strategies that ensure context grounding and effective communication.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate prompt effectiveness using quality scoring and evaluation methods.Conduct research on and apply embeddings and context retrieval techniques to enrich user interactions.Design and implement error recovery strategies to enhance the overall user experience.Monitor performance and iteratively improve prompts based on user feedback and data analysis.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI and conversation design.Required Skills:Proven experience in conversational AI design for LLMs.Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry (Prompt Flow) and Azure OpenAI.Familiarity with Semantic Kernel (optional).Strong knowledge of Azure AI Search, embeddings, and context retrieval.Experience with prompt evaluation methods and quality scoring techniques.Basic proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.Understanding of dialogue management, context grounding, and error recovery strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience in conversational AI, prompt engineering, or related fields.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A vibrant and inclusive work environment.The chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the rapidly evolving field of AI.Our team is committed to delivering innovative AI solutions.
