Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the functionality of our PeopleSoft applications.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and analyze solutions.Participate in feasibility studies, project planning, tracking, and risk identification.Design and develop technical solutions to meet business needs.Deliver projects related to HR automations, benefits, and payroll enhancements.Analyze existing HR and payroll customizations and resolve technical issues.Provide technical support, training, and information to internal customers to improve their daily work processes.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft technical roles (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, Component Interface, PeopleSoft Security).Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HR technical roles (MSS, Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits).Proficient in writing complex Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and report creation.Experience with PeopleSoft COBOLs, administration, and Linux Shell Scripting for automation.
