This role requires prior experience in IT staffing or contingent workforce management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with consultants and internal teams.As the Resource Deployment Manager you will lead day-to-day management of our H1B employee program ensuring successful redeployment compliance and engagement across multiple client accounts.The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR recruitment and training as well as possess strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily operations of the H1B programMaintain accurate records of employee data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needsDevelop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and enhance overall job satisfactionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HR recruitment and training with focus on contingent workforce managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with consultants and internal teamsStrong analytical problem-solving and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExperience working in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesBenefitsAt Pinnacle Group we offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance retirement plan and paid time off.
