Job Opportunity:As a Resource Deployment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting employees throughout the full assignment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new hires, monitoring timesheet activity to ensure maximum productivity, partnering with recruiters and account managers to align client roles with consultant availability, and serving as the primary point of contact for consultants.Key Responsibilities:Manage consultant relationships, redeployment pipelines, and compliance processesMaintain up-to-date records and documentation related to H1B employmentTrack program status, resource availability, and utilization metricsDevelop strategies to minimize bench time and increase utilization across accountsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and effective communicationRequirements:2+ years of experience in IT staffing or contingent workforce management is requiredStrong understanding of H1B program requirements, employment regulations, and immigration documentationDemonstrated success in managing competing priorities and maintaining high levels of organization and detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both consultants and internal teamsProficiency with spreadsheets, CRM/ATS systems, and standard business toolsAbout Us:We are a team that values high performance, strong execution, and clear results.
