Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Data Mining Expert to oversee data extraction, cleaning, and analysis while ensuring accuracy and quality across all datasets. The role involves using advanced data tools, generating insights, and guiding junior team members to maintain efficient and high-standard data operations. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end data mining operations. Extract and collect data from websites, databases, and internal tools. Review, clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct detailed data analysis and prepare insights/reports as required. Utilize advanced data mining tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns. Train, mentor, and supervise junior data mining executives. Develop and improve data processes, quality checks, and documentation. Ensure data confidentiality, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of data mining, data extraction, web research, and data analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level preferred). Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms. Ability to manage a team, handle multiple datasets, and deliver high-quality outputs. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc, BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.). 0-3 years of experience in data mining, data research, data management, or related roles.
