Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Forensics and Incident Response specialist to join our cybersecurity team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating threats to our organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital forensics and incident response, with experience in conducting thorough investigations and analyzing evidence to identify root causes of security incidents.Key responsibilities will include:Conducting threat hunting activities using various techniques to detect hidden threats.Investigating escalated security incidents and performing in-depth forensic analysis.Analyzing Windows OS artifacts, including event logs, registry changes, file system activity, and process execution.Performing memory forensics to identify malware, suspicious processes, and evidence of compromise.Conducting PCAP analysis to detect malicious network activity.Working with various logs to identify potential threats and suspicious activities.Understanding the attack chain and identifying tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by adversaries.Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework to map adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) during investigations.The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
