This role plays a critical part in supporting our global expansion, helping us connect with top talent through global outreach. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with potential candidates via calls, emails, and social platforms, and works to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & Outreach : Identify and engage potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for our requirements.Collaboration: Collaborate with the founders and hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of role requirements and hiring priorities.Market Mapping: Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key talent pools and stay updated on industry hiring trends.Employer Branding Support: Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold a strong employer brand in all candidate engagements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience in Global recruitment.Proficiency with job portals and sourcing tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.Apply Now
