Job Title: Workday Core HCM ConsultantAbout the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective production support for Human Capital Management (HCM) and other related modules.This includes design, configuration, prototype development, testing, and deployment efforts.The consultant will also provide guidance on business requirements and assist clients with project implementation.Ongoing annual events such as talent management, merit reviews, open enrollment, and ACA compliance will require dedicated support.Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain clear communication and align project objectives.Achieving forecast accuracy in a timely manner is crucial for business success.The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing insights into industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and best practices.A key aspect of this role involves building strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesWork independently with minimal direction as a consultant on multiple client engagements.Understand client business needs and provide expert guidance throughout the design, configuration, and prototype phases.Support clients during critical events like Annual Talent/Performance, Merit Reviews, Open Enrollment, and ACA Compliance.Partner closely with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, and progress.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional counterparts to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner.Act as a Subject Matter Expert, assisting the Sales team with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs while staying up-to-date on industry knowledge and Workday enhancements.Become a trusted advisor to clients, gained through delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships.
