Location - Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode) Skills - Workday Finance (All Modules), Workday HCM (Talent/Payroll/Benefits/Compensation/Time & Absence/Learning), Workday Integration and Workday Adaptive Experience - 4 to 10 Years Qualification - BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MBA/ MCA/ CA from an accredited college/university. Workday Certification is mandatory Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting or Workday Adaptive - You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday to the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business results - Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences - Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews - Provide Workday product, subject-matter and implementation expertise; and work with Partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions Required Skills/Experience: - Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies. - Experience in managing End to End Workday Implementation - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities - Excellent Stakeholder and Team management skills.
