About UsWe are a pioneering genomics and bioinformatics company founded in 2000.We combine deep expertise in data science with hands-on laboratory experience to deliver integrated solutions across research, diagnostics, and precision medicine.We partner with leading global diagnostics, pharma, and life science companies to accelerate discovery, improve clinical insights, and advance healthcare through data-driven innovation.About the PositionThe Business Development Analyst will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients across diagnostics, pharma, biotech, and life sciences.The role involves targeted outreach through email, LinkedIn, and conferences to generate qualified leads for our informatics services.Key responsibilities include developing and executing outreach campaigns, researching target accounts, maintaining prospect databases, tracking engagement metrics, and supporting event outreach.Additional tasks involve collaborating with marketing and BD teams to refine outreach materials, generating performance reports, and refining lead qualification strategies based on market feedback and trends.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.Identify and profile potential clients across various sectors.Research target accounts to map key decision-makers and partnership opportunities.Maintain and update prospect databases with accurate lead details and engagement history.Track and analyze engagement metrics to ensure healthy pipeline progression.Support pre- and post-event outreach for major conferences – identifying key attendees and scheduling meetings.Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to refine outreach materials.Generate weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing lead-gen activity and progress.Refine lead qualification strategies based on market feedback and trends.
