D365 HCM Transformation SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned D365 Finance & Operations Human Capital Management (HCM) professional to drive strategic transformation initiatives and lead project teams to successful delivery.Develop and execute end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Serve as the primary HCM subject matter expert for clients, advising on best practices, business process improvements, and industry trends.Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth of team members.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute HCM transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Design and configure modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal consultants.Support business development activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards within HCM solutions.Identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation to maximize ROI for clients.Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support for live D365 F&O HCM environments.Key Responsibilities:Implementation: Develop and execute end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations.HCM Expertise: Serve as primary HCM subject matter expert for clients.Team Management: Manage and mentor project teams.Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute HCM transformation strategies.Module Configuration: Design and configure modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service.
