Job OverviewThis is a hybrid administration and technical leadership position for Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning. The role ensures system integrity, optimizes consolidation and planning processes, manages integrations with Datawarehouse and ERP's, and drives automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.The key responsibilities include:Configuring Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes.Managing Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDW.Designing, configuring, and maintaining dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions.Owning mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; triaging and resolving load exceptions.Developing & Supporting HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards.Managing role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive.Coordinating with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; documenting interfaces and SLAs.Orchestrating forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); managing versions, locks, and workflow.Driving tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigating mapping deltas and timing differences.Creating/maintaining playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; leading user enablement and office hours.Providing training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.7+ years' experience with Adaptive Planning config & Administration & FCCS/Hyperion Administration.A strong understanding of financial consolidation and planning principles.Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, and reporting tools.
