You should possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and have excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage recurring bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting.Perform monthly and quarter-end close processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled properly.Prepare quarterly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) within a 60-day window from the end of the quarter, adhering to U.S. GAAP standards.Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and balanced.Benefits:Foster strong client relationships, particularly focusing on clients utilizing Sage Intacct and Yardi for their accounting processes.Leverage technology to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.Requirements:A minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in Sage Intacct and Yardi.Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients, with a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application to accounting processes.In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including lease accounting (ASC 842), CAM reconciliation, and other U.S. GAAP standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
