Job Description: Life Asia Tester Position Overview: We are looking for a Life Asia Tester with strong expertise in Manual Testing and hands-on experience in the Life Asia tool. The role involves validating insurance processes across DAY 1 (new business onboarding) and DAY 2 (policy servicing and maintenance), ensuring accuracy and reliability in life insurance applications. Key Responsibilities Perform manual testing of Life Asia applications, focusing on life insurance policy servicing modules. Validate DAY 1 processes including new business onboarding, issuance, and initial policy setup. Validate DAY 2 processes including endorsements, renewals, claims, and policy maintenance. Design, execute, and document test cases with clear defect reporting. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to ensure functional accuracy. Conduct regression testing to confirm system stability after enhancements or fixes. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders. Primary Skills Manual Testing – Strong ability to design, execute, and document test cases. Life Asia Tool – Hands-on experience with Life Asia insurance application. DAY 1 Operations – Testing new business onboarding workflows. DAY 2 Operations – Testing policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and claims. Policy Servicing – Deep understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and servicing processes. Life Insurance Domain experience – Familiarity with life insurance products, underwriting, and claims.
