Functional & Integration Tester – Workday Implementation Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite) Contract Type: 1-year contract (January–December 2026) Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site Application Deadline: Until position is filled Job Overview We are seeking a Functional & Integration Tester with strong hands-on experience supporting Workday or HR-related integrations. The role is part of a Workday Implementation team, requiring a proactive, fast-learning professional with solid testing capabilities, strong communication, and the ability to work in structured (waterfall) environments. Key Responsibilities - Perform Functional Testing and Integration Testing for Workday and/or HR-related modules or tools. - Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. - Conduct requirement analysis and participate in end-to-end test planning activities. - Execute functional tests and log/report defects clearly and accurately. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and resolve issues efficiently. - Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, including SaaS-based solutions. Required Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Functional & Integration Testing. - Proven experience testing Workday or HR module integrations (any HR tool or Worksoft Certify/other automation tools is acceptable). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working within waterfall methodology. - Solid background in requirement analysis, test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect reporting. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Core HR, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Compensation, and International Mobility (expat population) is an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, applications, and SaaS platforms.
