Workday Integration Lead (HR Technology)Location: BengaluruCompany: Global Financial Services GiantExperience: 5–7 years (Workday Integrations)Aquis Search is managing a confidential mandate for a Workday Integration Lead to join a global financial services organisation in Bangalore. This role will own end-to-end design and delivery of complex HR integrations. The role sits within a high-performing HR Technology / Workday team and will suit someone who enjoys hands-on build, solutioning and working closely with global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, build and enhancement of Workday integrations to support HR processes and deliver an excellent user experienceTranslate business, functional and technical requirements into robust, scalable integration solutionsPlan, execute and deliver key integration project milestones in an agile environment (JIRA-based)Collaborate with vendors, product managers and business stakeholders to analyse process flows and drive improvementsPartner with consultants in the team – review their work, provide feedback and ensure high-quality deliveryProactively update leadership on status, risks and issues; drive resolution of integration-related problemsSkills & Experience5–7 years' hands-on experience implementing Workday integrations with strong understanding of Workday architecture and methodologySolid experience across the full lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, deployment and post–go-live supportStrong hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, Custom Reports, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation and EIB; exposure to Orchestrate / Workday Extend is a plusGood understanding of Workday functional areas: HCM, Benefits, Payroll / Third-Party Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation and AbsenceProficient in XML, XSLT, JSON and comfortable with web development conceptsStrong knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and security/auth protocols (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively in a global, cross-functional teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressureIf you are a Workday integration specialist looking to step into a visible, high-impact role within a global environment, please apply via LinkedIn.
