Job Title: Pre-Sales / Inside Sales Representative – US Market
Location: Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST Time Zone (Night Shift)

We are a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)-certified IT Staffing company headquartered in Columbus, OH. With over 26 years of excellence, we specialize in providing staffing solutions, primarily partnering with state governments across the US. We are expanding our operations and are seeking a driven and experienced Pre-Sales / Inside Sales Representative to join our New Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the US market, with a focus on business development in the IT staffing domain.
- Manage the complete RFP/RFI process to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring alignment with their staffing needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Leverage knowledge of software/hardware sales or US Federal GSA processes to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the US market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of the US Federal GSA or State Government procurement process.
- Experience in software/hardware sales is a huge plus.
- Exceptional proficiency in handling RFPs and RFIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
