Job Summary:As a Senior Cloud Contact Center Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's Amazon Connect instance using the AWS Management Console.Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture: Provision and manage Amazon Connect instances using the AWS Management Console Monitor and log performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch Manage user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) Microservices Integration: Execute backend code in response to events using AWS Lambda Coordinate microservices into serverless workflows using AWS Step Functions Amazon Lex Management: Build conversational interfaces using voice and text with Amazon Lex Handle backend integration and fulfillment logic using AWS Lambda Implement user authentication and authorization using Amazon Cognito Amazon Kinesis Management: Stream real-time data using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams Process data in real-time using AWS Lambda AWS Contact Lens Management: Analyze customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens Transcribe speech to text using Amazon Transcribe Perform natural language processing and sentiment analysis using Amazon Comprehend Store conversation transcripts and analysis results in Amazon S3 Secondary Skills: Knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE Tools and Technologies: Native AWS tools Amazon Connect Amazon Cloud Watch Amazon Connect WisdomRequirements: 4-6 years of experience in cloud contact center management Strong knowledge of AWS services including Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience with microservices architecture and integration Ability to analyze complex customer conversations and provide insights using machine learning Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
