Manager - Vendor OperationsScholastika, a global leader in EdTech, Publishing, and Healthcare content and operations solutions, seeks a driven professional to manage their global network of freelancers, agencies, and vendors.The ideal candidate will independently source, onboard, coordinate, and perform vendor management across domains such as content development, instructional design, and more.Identify suitable talent via Naukri, Upwork, and professional platforms.Build and maintain a strong database of freelancers, agencies, and service partners.Maintain a ready pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects.Key responsibilities include:Vendor & Talent SourcingConduct initial capability discussions with potential vendors.Evaluate expertise, domain fit, availability, and quality of work samples from various talent sources.Understand pricing expectations and alignment with business goals.Screening & EvaluationNegotiate and finalize commercials agreements with selected vendors.Coordinate non-disclosure agreements, onboarding documentation, and other necessary contracts.Onboarding & OperationsMaintain structured talent pools organized by skill, language, domain, and tools.Allocate resources based on project priority and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.Track deliverables, feedback, and vendor performance to optimize future partnerships.Requirements include excellent sourcing capabilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and high organization levels.
