We are #hiring About ATRIOS Consulting ATRIOS Consulting is a fast-growing Leadership Hiring & HR Advisory firm partnering with leading organizations across the social impact and corporate sectors. We are strengthening our senior talent acquisition capability and expanding our outreach to new clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with senior professionals, managing complex mandates, and building strong external relationships. Role Overview You will drive two key outcomes for ATRIOS: Delivering exceptional talent acquisition for mid–senior level roles , and Proactively reaching out to potential clients to support business growth. This is a performance-oriented role suited for someone with strong communication skills, disciplined work habits, and the ability to work independently from home. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (60%) Lead end-to-end hiring for mid–senior level positions across functions. Understand client requirements, culture, and role expectations deeply. Build targeted sourcing strategies using , databases, networks, and referrals. Screen candidates for competency, culture fit, and alignment with client expectations. Present high-quality candidate profiles and manage the full interview process. Maintain detailed candidate pipelines and ensure timely, professional follow-ups. Build long-term relationships with senior candidates and referral networks. 2. Outreach & Business Development (40%) Conduct structured outreach to potential clients across sectors. Draft compelling communication to introduce ATRIOS and our value proposition. Research organizations, decision-makers, and HR leaders to identify opportunities. Track conversations, schedule meetings, and support in converting leads. Maintain a systematic outreach tracker with weekly progress. Represent ATRIOS professionally with founders, CHROs, and senior HR leaders. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Client Engagement, or related roles. Strong sourcing and assessment skills, especially for mid–senior hiring. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable with structured outreach and developing new client relationships. Highly disciplined, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup. A proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through and accountability. Experience with social sector hiring is a bonus but not mandatory.
