Looking to hire a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter who can evolve as an Individual contributor on the end to end recruitment.

Should have good knowledge and understanding of Technical hiring

Ability to understand Job Descriptions and tweak the strategy to onboard the candidates.

Knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques to close the requirement within the business TAT.

Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

Action-oriented and results-driven individual with proven track record of position closures.

Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, and requirements.

Demonstrates ability to manage own workflow and resolve low-level and high-level queries with the supervisor.


Responsibilities & key requirements

Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify candidates through various recruiting tools

Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, and Social networking sites

Expertise in portal sourcing -Job Portals, Social Media, Networking and out of the box sourcing.

Expertise with LinkedIn Sourcing. (Must have good networks, a high number of connections from the industry)

Hands-on understanding of Niche technology hiring Full-stack Developers, SCOM Admin, Dynatrace, SREs, Azure Architects, ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM ITSM Developers, Salesforce, DevOps, Laravel, Orchestration Administration, AWS Migration Specialist, Python Data Engineers, and Integration Engineers.

Extraction of suitable candidates as per the requirement from various sourcing channels.

Excellent Technical Screening Skills and responsible for a detailed evaluation of candidates against specifics,

Hands-on with virtual screening. Conceptualize and articulate the right technical screening during the screening call.

Interaction with the candidates and facilitating the interview schedules based on panel availability.

ATS and Tracker Updates on daily basis.

Experience in candidate engagement till onboarding. Adapting industry best practices on offer to onboarding engagements.

Maximizes profitability by negotiating pay rates with candidates based on position requirements.

Should be a self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, and projects.

Execute market trend analysis and position the sourcing hiring strategy.

Market intelligence on demand and supply of Skills (Primary and Secondary)


Looking for candidate with excellent articulation, presentation skills with good academic track record.


Candidates with short notice who are flexible to work from office the shift hours - 11.00 - 8.00pm IST from are preferred.
