Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js and a keen eye for performance and usability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining highly responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Implementing state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
  • Integrating with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Mandatory Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Proficiency in using tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of best practices in web security and data protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
