About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and innovative Global Head of Talent Acquisition to design and lead our next-generation hiring strategy. This role will be pivotal in shaping how we attract, engage, and onboard the best global talent, combining scale and specialization with technology-driven transformation. The leader will be responsible for building a high-impact TA function that leverages advanced technology, analytics, and employer branding to deliver talent solutions for today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities:
- Global TA Strategy: Define and drive a future-ready global TA strategy aligned with business growth across India, US, UK, APAC and other key markets.
- Technology-Enabled Hiring: Champion the use of AI, automation, CRM, ATS platforms, and data analytics to make hiring faster, smarter, and more predictive.
- Innovation & Transformation: Introduce digital hiring practices (chatbots, video interviews, AI-based sourcing, talent marketplaces) to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Scale & Specialization: Deliver both large-scale recruitment and niche/specialist talent hiring (ERP, Digital, Cloud, Cyber Security, Emerging tech, BPS).
- Campus & Early Careers: Build differentiated global campus and early-career programs to create future pipelines.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen our global employer brand using digital campaigns, social media, and talent communities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Establish robust TA metrics, dashboards, and predictive models to forecast demand, optimize sourcing, and improve quality of hire.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and CXOs to translate workforce needs into actionable hiring strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse global TA team to be tech-savvy, business-aligned, and outcome-driven.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR/Business; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in TA leadership within IT/Tech/Services, with proven global exposure.
- Expertise: Skilled in scaling TA, balancing high-volume and niche hiring, and building global campus programs.
- Tech in TA: Strong track record of leveraging ATS/CRM, AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms to drive smarter hiring.
- Leadership: Strategic, innovative, and data-driven leader with the ability to influence CXOs and inspire high-performing global teams.
- Mindset: Future-focused, agile, and committed to transforming TA into a business enabler.
